Pros

Work life balance if you're a women

Cons

1. **Office Politics:** Internal politics can often overshadow merit and performance. 2. **Favoritism:** The company tends to favor certain employees, leading to unequal opportunities and recognition. 3. **Stagnant Compensation:** Salary growth is minimal—even after 3–4 years, pay remains comparable to that of a fresher. 4. **Leadership Tone:** Certain directors exhibit an authoritative tone, making employees feel undervalued rather than empowered. 5. **Lack of Structure:** There is no standardized workflow or systematic approach to project execution. 6. **Seniority Complex:** Employees with 8–12 years of tenure often act as if they are indispensable, creating a toxic hierarchy. 7. **Lack of Respect for Juniors:** Junior team members are often not given the respect or voice they deserve. 8. **Unclear Appraisal Process:** The performance appraisal cycle is inconsistent and lacks transparency. 9. **Not Growth-Friendly:** If you come from a strong technical background (e.g., IIT/IIM), don’t expect strategic or challenging work—you may still be assigned repetitive tasks like deduplication. 10. **Tough Exit Process:** The notice period is extremely stressful, often feeling punitive rather than professional. 11. **Bad Hiring Decisions:** A few poor leadership hires in the past have negatively impacted business direction and talent retention.

Pros

- Opportunity to work directly with CEO & CTO to build solutions for large Fortune 500 companies. - Utilize the latest technology to build prototypes that then become part of the product - Team such as sales, marketing, and customer success, are always open to ideas and help from engineers. Engineers really have the ability to play a bigger role in the organization, if so desired. - Build the foundation layer of Entytle's platform and lay the groundwork for engineers to come. - Huge and incredibly underserved market. When listening to feedback from customers, you immediately get the feeling that the work you do is making a big impact. - The founders have a wide network of very accomplished individuals that they occasionally bring to the office to allow employees to learn more - Significant efforts are made to ensure employees are having fun and working together in a team

Cons

This isn't really a con, but some people may see it as one - Entytle expects every employee to work incredibly hard and that means really long days (think 12 to 14 hours) at times, and even weekends (rarely) if need be. Don't expect for this to be a regular 9 to 5 job. This is a company focused on execution and growth - in order to do so, hard work is incredibly important.
