You get to work 9am - 5pm remotely.
Cons
No values or respect for employees. You will be bullied and harassed by Management. Your job responsibilities changes every 2-3 months. The new management has no clue about the business or how to run it. Nepotism is highly promoted. 5 employees come from 2 families. You will be asked to renew with Contractors whom you are legally not supposed to provide service to as per the Terms and Conditions provided by the former client. This is something the former clients are unaware of. In short you are asking contractors to pay for a service that don't require. The lowest compensation as per Ontario wages.
