Pros
Management actually listens - Whenever I’ve raised ideas, concerns, or suggestions, I’ve always felt heard. My feedback has been taken seriously and often actioned, which isn’t something you get everywhere. Successful pay reviews - I’ve had multiple honest conversations about pay over the years, and each time the process has been fair, reasonable, and ultimately successful. Management genuinely recognises contribution. Steady holiday entitlement increase - One thing I really appreciate is the extra holiday you earn each year you stay. It might seem small, but it makes a big difference and shows the company values long-term employees. Training when it’s needed - Training is provided without hesitation. I’ve been supported in keeping my skills up to date. Positive culture - Day to day, it’s a relaxed and friendly place to work. There’s a sense of trust and autonomy, especially within the my area of work, and you aren’t micromanaged.
Cons
Not major negatives, but like any growing company, processes can sometimes lag behind the pace. If you’re someone who likes everything perfectly systemised from day one, it may feel a bit fast-moving. But the flipside is you have room to shape things and make a real impact.
