      Pros

      Personal responsibility from the beginning, even as an intern. Lots of autonomy with which to attack each problem. Excellent guidance from a brilliant team when you get stuck

      Cons

      Small engineering squad, so not many opportunities for pair-programming or other collaborative development. Lots of solo development. (also a pro!)

      Pros

      open and free while still focus and great. can be fun and stress while still doing some kind of work at some time.

      Cons

      sometime hard and sometime easy, while sometime fast and sometime slow. pretty good for any level or entry level, still kinda cool.
