Pros
The people who work on the EF team are super smart and motivated (those who go through the EF programme are also very ambitious, smart and impressive). Lots of autonomy to suggest new processes or ideas, and implement them. Great access to the EF founders and lots of airtime given to those who are inexperienced but have compelling views or ideas. Great hours. Friendly and fun office environment.
Cons
Things change very frequently and the founders/management can make decisions on a whim. Quite a big and established company now but still operates in quite a scrappy, urgent way.
