No accountability of (most) senior staff Overworked Understaffed Underpaid Forever in "restructuring" mode This company is known for 50-100% turnover EACH YEAR and has been confirmed for the past 3 years. They will take you in, treat you like family, and spit you out once you're burnt out. *HR is directly related to the CEO so you won't be able to actually have confidentiality even though they tell you that you do. * All of the positive reviews about the company on Glassdoor are done by family and staff who are new and does not reflect what the company is actually like. There are about 4-6 family members on this team of 10-20 people (forever going up and down constantly with employee turnover) which creates A LOT of bias and control.
