      People, people, people. Decent benefits package. Remote work. Thorough training. Flexible time off.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry standard. Disconnect between management and lower-level employees. Too much $$$ spent on rah, rah stuff that doesn't really benefit employees, I'd rather have a pay increase than more swag.
