Pros
There are some pros for example the work life flexibility is good, depending on position you can work from home 50% of the time. The hours and compressed work weeks are also beneficial to where you don’t have to use PTO. That is really it.
Cons
Where do I begin, Pay is roughly 20-30% less relative to the market and similar roles with other companies. New hires are thrown into the ring and sink or swim mentality. Culture is non existent where they try to implement fun things to do with teams but no one puts in effort to get to know one another. Seems like everyone is face down and do your work (it may just have been my team). Management does not know how to manage employees and does not understand what works and doesn’t work. Some don’t even know the answers to your questions and you have to figure it out yourself or reach out to other avenues. Upward mobility is lacking, only real promotions would be for senior coordinator (more tenured employees like 3-5 years into the role) or lateral move (sacrificing WFH and work life balance). Overall, too many cons to stay with the company long term. Also the work we do is not exciting at all, seems like we were just processing documents like a machine, not fulfilling work.
