Good pay, good hours, every other Friday off, nice people overall, OCE that seems to want to grow the company, decent benefits, decent bonus structure, long time employees are always available to help and most are willing to help teach newer employees the history and why things are done a certain way
Cons
Not much, if any, chance to move up, no replacement of outgoing staffers but job duties distributed to remaining staff, lots of talk of career development but no action, managers who failed up, seriously behind in technology and communications tools
