Pros
I started at Entelect almost six years ago as a graduate, where Bootcamp started my career with a bang. The program is designed to give you a primer on what you need to know to build enterprise-grade software. In the space of two months, I learnt about Java Spring, .NET, Android, and frontend development. This allowed me to start my professional journey with a decent tool belt that helped me contribute meaningfully from literally day one on my first project.
Since then, Entelect has continued to invest in my growth and career. I've made a few rotations which have granted me exposure to a range of different environments and tech stacks. I have also continued on my training journey in the form of attending internal training events, as well as more formal workshops and events.

Cons
Bi-annual performance review cycles can be taxing. You are reviewed by your direct leadership, as well as your peers and vice versa. Continuous feedback is a large part of the culture and can be something to get used to.
