We are pleased that you recognised some of the positive aspects of working with us, including the support of colleagues, flexibility, team activities, employee appreciation days and the dedication of many long serving members of our team.
At the same time, we are disappointed to read your comments regarding the workplace culture and management practices. We take any concerns relating to employee wellbeing, respect, and professional conduct seriously. Creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive working environment remains a priority for the business, and we encourage employees to raise concerns through the appropriate channels so that they can be reviewed thoroughly and addressed where necessary.
We are committed to providing training, support, regular feedback, and development opportunities to employees throughout their employment. However, not every role is the right fit for every individual, and employment does not always work out as either party had hoped.
Whilst we do not comment on individual employment matters in a public forum, we are satisfied that our employment processes are fair, consistent, and applied appropriately.
