Can be a lot of work, but people are helpful.

You can get a good amount of transferrable experience going through the ELDP program. If you put effort in at the company it will be recognized. unlimited PTO is definitely a plus.

Some people dont have the same work ethic as others at the company which I think can bring them down a bit. very chill work environment but sometimes "too chill"--hence the lack of work ethic in some.
