Like working there while only to be blind side by new upper manager who got rid of department who had no idea how to run the department
Cons
Only interested in the next deal, never wants to ensure success going forward for other departments by making investment in critical infrastructure, only wanted to do it on the cheap same with employees not into quality which can be expensive but rather train ad retrain new employees
