Pros
The salary was good, the hands off management was fine. Work balance worked ok. I was made "permanet" after a takeover the company I worked for. This is part of Enstar's modus operandi.
Cons
Permanent means only until you run the book off to a certain point. Enstar takes over companies and when they are done with the carving, they are done with you. Some undeserving senior management however, live on in a truly permanent role
