Micromanagement, low pay, miniscule bonuses if any at all, benefits aren't that great, stressful work feeling like someone is constantly looking over your shoulder, endless pointless meetings, no incentive for obtaining additional certifications, and just a pat on the back of you get an additional one. They do not care about their employees, the bonuses are a joke if you get one, especially with the new rules they just came out with, they are only worried about their pockets, forget the worker ants down at the bottom struggling doing the real work. They love to bring on new clients but don't have the staff to appropriately cover the workload so they hire contract coders from India that don't seem to understand coding at all even though they are supposedly certified coders and they have to be babysat and monitored by already stressed coders that do know how to code.
