Pros

Great coworkers who really work as a team, remote coding opportunities and opportunities to learn. Growing business.

Cons

Forced to work weekends, mandatory OT for years, expected to work it no matter what and expected to work extra hours to make up for paid holidays and when using PTO

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
