Pros

1. The initial CTC is always good. They can easily offer 60-70% hike over your last salary. 2. What they do sounds great on JD & CV but in reality it's something even a BTech 1st year student can do.

Cons

1. No job security. They will fire you right when your product is launched. 2. No scope of promotions. They will promote you only after you have stayed for 3-4 years in the same role. 3. Salary hikes are always in single digits (variables are barely ever paid). 4. Leadership is extremely confused on what they want. The goalposts change every month. 5. They can customize any random product to fit a new clients' requirements.
