first thing it is institute so you cannot expect a good salary range,they are acually giving 80% less salary then others,secondly they will promise you for increment/incentive but that never gonna happen,they don't even have that much projects so cannot expect any hands-on experience.the owner is very problematic his behavior and approach towards employees is really really weird , if you leave that company and that time if he is not in mood so he can also give negative review about you in back ground verification process.he will make sure that you cannot grow in your career.otherwise other staff member and manager are very friendly and cooperative.
