If you love data, there is no company in world where you’ll find people so experienced and curious about data across roles- this makes sense considering Enigma started as the world’s largest database of public datasets. I’d recommend Enigma to anyone who is excited about making data more accessible and working with one of the best engineering and data science teams in NYC. Although Enigma is a start up, it pays competitive salaries + equity packages, has many perks like $100+ a month you can spend on health & fitness, and very reasonable work hours. It is also very fast paced and exciting!
Cons
2021 will be a pivotal year in achieving product-market fit. Enigma is a very much a start up in that you’ll need to own your growth and progression. Mentorship and progression in the org. is not structured even though the team is 40+ people now.
