Pros
Eni is a big company with lots of opportunities, the founder Enrico Mattei was a legendary man and his ideas are still in place (not as bold as before). if you have something to offer, company will make sure to appreciate it. Family, is like the ace of spades. you can play that card whenever you are in bad condition.
Cons
There are a lot of connections inside! luckily most of the people that know each other are good to work with (even though if they are not the best at what they do, professionally wise) but there are also exceptions that can make your life miserable at work. the environment could be terribly stressful! we have demanding top management ;)with rapid changes, Don't forget Nationality matters! if you are Italian you are okay but any other nationality could face strange difficulties. HR function in general is really poor.
