Pros
None of which I can think of They claim it's a flexible work environment cos you can get Friday afternoon off if you work the hours for the rest of the week, but when they need you to work the weekends, they will only give a very short notice, and expect you to cancel all the weekend plans.
Cons
The management structure is so convoluted. Typical Italian management, 80% managers are incompetent. They will not look after the interest of thier employees but thier own. HR here is a joke, no one really knows how to do thier jobs. If you're not Italian, your career is pretty much nonexistent. Stay away!!
