Pros
Company culture is easy going and not as stressful as similar companies. They don't expect much of you and by the same token they don't pay you much either.
Cons
Italian is spoken everywhere, if you don't speak it you are marginalized. Management is hired from Rome and not locally. They are mostly incompetent and have the job by political connections.
