Very selective management structure. I have seen a teacher with 2 Masters degrees get passed up for promotions, while teachers with little to no experience, get fast tracked based on their relationship with the Center Managers. I have seen teachers who were prepared to leave the company coerced with offers of promotion which was not on the table months before. Lots of weird preferential treatment at my center and others I have heard about. Many times managers have left centers and instead of training up or promoting from within , the company hires from outside causing well intentioned, hardworking employees to get frustrated and leave. Also teaching the same list of classes in 3 month rotations gets old after awhile and causes inertia, unless you are into creating your own classes which the company might adopt with you getting nothing for your creativity.
