We're glad you enjoyed the international experience of working with people from all over the world and that you value the resources we put in place to ensure training, development and growth for our teachers. We understand that there are different expectations when it comes to salaries in the EFL industry. We make it a priority to review salary structures on a regular basis to ensure they are in line with local standards and allow our international staff to live a comfortable lifestyle in the larger Chinese cities. We also offer benefits such as ongoing training and development programs, health insurance, sponsored teacher events, flight allowance and a sponsored visa. We understand that the visa regulations can cause an inconvenience when you leave EF, but as per local visa and employment regulations, we are obligated to cancel work permits of employees that no longer work for us. We are concerned by the title of your review, as we do not stand for discrimination of any kind and would like to hear more details about this specifically.
