Thank you for your comments. Firstly, I would like to say that we appreciate that you remained with us for three years and I am truly sorry that your experience wasn’t good. It is unfortunate that the conditions were such that you felt that you could not escalate and improve the situation in the three years you remained with us. Truly it is a failure on our part that we did not provide enough support and lost your confidence. It would be helpful for us to know which city and school you were in so we can investigate that situation more closely. Please know that we have received your comments and take them very seriously. We know it’s a good idea to improve product knowledge for all EF staff. Your feedback has given us an opportunity to learn and improve this.
