Pros
England is a very fun place to work. The culture is lively and upbeat. The company holds weekly rallies in teams and companywide. England puts a lot of effort into developing their employees, the sales experience and knowledge I've gained is first class. The work is hard but you can always look forward to a company event or something fun from management.
Cons
The benefits and retirement are sub-par. and the turnover is really high due to the stress of sales pressure. You can make good money at England but it's very dependent on your ability to sell. The coaches strive to help every salesperson but the quality of your coach can greatly vary from team to team.
