In the last few months, ESi has added many new and capable managers to support newly formed teams. By doing this, we have been able to focus on having smaller teams so that employees and managers can have the time and bandwidth to build stronger relationships. This has also put us in the unique position to focus on our performance management throughout all levels of the organization and minimize concerns of unfair treatment. Consistency and equal treatment are key! It’s also created new positions and levels within the organization – creating more career growth and opportunity for staff.
