We strive to create a relaxed open culture at and value feedback so that we can become a better company as we grow. As we all know healthcare is expensive; a healthshare allowed us to provide our qualifying employees with free healthcare for them and ES² paid 60% or more for dependent(s) healthcare. 95% of our employees were very happy with this arrangement. Sadly, we can't please everyone.
