Regret my time spent at ESRD - Engineer Engineering Software Research & Development Employee Review

I was hired on with an expectation of interesting work, but I ended up being asked to fill in doing non-engineering tasks a large fraction of my time. I see variety of work as a big advantage of working for a smaller company, but I hope for that to come with the potential for career growth or a sense of meaningful contribution.
