Pros
Big and solid IT consultant firm, very nice collegues, welfare benefits, some projects are interesting (but most are only prj support for public administrations). If it's your first job, you will grow quickly (bc they will give you tons of responsibilities, both technical and administrative)
Cons
it's impossible to have a carreer if you're a developer. You'll develop and follow a big and very remunerative project for years and at the end they'll move you to another one, starting again from the beginning as if it is your first day. All bonuses and compliments are for managers. Very old-style company, news and innovations are introduced 2 years later than the competitors. There are 2 big groups: business and technical employees. The second ones are totally invisible and it's impossible to move from second to first group Salaries for devs are a joke. There's no such meritocracy but they sometimes give you some hundred euros as bonus only when is your turn
