Pros
Excellent and professional team. First they walked me through the software and gave me a demo account to play with. There were plenty of online videos and user docs to learn the system well. They also had me sit on senior rep support sessions and software walk-throughs. When I felt comfortable enough, I started answering tickets. Help was close whenever I needed it. BTW the old reviews on this site have wrong or outdated information. This company offers a 401K plan, a dental plan, etc. There is a waiting period but that's how most companies do it.
Cons
Its a small business so you cannot hide and just watch videos all day. Your work, or lack of it, is visible to team members and the boss, and you are expected to be productive. This is fine with me, but we had other people here that thought they should be getting paid for just showing up and didn't do much. These didn't last long. I suspect the negative reviews on this site are from these people, so take it with a grain of salt!
