      Everyone that worked there was lovely, worked hard, loyal and overall helped each other out.

      Cons

      CEO couldn't let go of the reigns to allow the company to grow the way it could have.

      Pros

      Every employee at EnergyLogic is extraordinary in their field. I've never been with a company so full of people who are driven, determined, and dedicated to their jobs. It's refreshing to feel like a valued team member, even from day one, and to know my company is constantly striving to better itself and grow.

      Cons

      The only one I know of is no work from home opportunity, and no 401k matching. But other benefits outweigh these.
