Pros

Decent salary. Easy hours, the work was very light. Good company name helped me get pushed to a better position at my current role. They had the ability of you worked overtime to get comped with pto.

Cons

No Hybrid work. I’m telling you they made us come in the whole time even when work was slow. I mean most days I had 4 hours of work if that. I was ready to leave by lunch and they didn’t allow us to. Very strict on lunch breaks and when you clock in and out. They ppl watch all the time on what you are up to. Half of my team because they were away from upper management eyes watched tik tok while the other half were regulated to twiddling their thumbs. WORST OF ALL I LEARNED NO OTHER SKILLS IN MY EARLY CAREER THAT TRANSFERRED TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS. For this role please stay away from the nominations analyst role if you have any inkling of desire to do something outside of gas or trading. Majority of the skills were not transferable unless you wanted to be in accounting or a commercial scheduler. When I tell you, you get pigeon holed you do. I had coworkers that were 45 years older than me at the same position, which is insulting at least make them switch roles or fire them if there is no progress. When I asked questions or help they had a huge issue with it and would call people stupid behind their backs. Now I’m at a better company and realize this isn’t how work should feel at all. I mean I implore y’all the nominations analyst position is not worth it.

Pros

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.

Cons

The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
