Pros

Somme nice people to be around trains to mâle each other worklife more pleasant. The Sugarland office is by a lake with a nice view. Some nice perk

Cons

That was the worst company anybody would like to work for. Very stressful and lot of politics. Favoritism too. I would never recommend this company.

Pros

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.

Cons

The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
