      Pays well, other production associates are friendly, second and third shift get $1 shift differential

      Working with lead, maintenance can only do band-aid fixes, Oxide leaks, lead paste everywhere.

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
