- Good, smart people at all levels - CEO cares about his people very much - Constantly trying to improve themselves both in knowledge and technology - Always coming up with new products and not sticking with just one thing - May be small but is getting more work than bigger companies
Cons
- Can sometimes be a reactive and not proactive, but they are improving on this every year - HR needs a little improvement
