Pros

- Opportunity to work from home - Ben is a great manager - Sick time

Cons

- They throw you on queue when you are not ready - They are short staffed so they don't really pay attention to the newer employees - They throw you in to work when you are not ready when you first start - They do not answer google teams when you have a question - Everyone is required to work hours of overtime and non of the managers ever stay to help - The portal for the customers never work so that is why customers are always angry - There is a lot of shady loan agreements

Awesome coworkers, beautiful office, and solid pay

Cons

When EnerBank was purchased by Regions it caused some headaches, but things are getting better!
