      It is a company that gives you a lot of free time focused on the balance between work and personal life.

      Cons

      The hiring system is difficult, reaching an indefinite position takes time and is not safe, it depends on the boss, but the pressure for results can be overwhelming, as much as to do overtime without reporting it.

      I was able to work Remotely and the team were so welcoming and understanding.

      Cons

      That I came in as a contractor rather than a full time employee under Enel. I only got paid hourly with no benefits
