Pros

Other warehouse associates are friendly amd can give you a good laugh when you need it.

Cons

Where to start? First the inbound manager has no clue what he is doing. He walks around like he is better than everyone, but doesnt do anything to support his team. He avoids disciplinary actions and makes team leads deal with it. The outbound manager is still new but doesnt understand what is needed to have people succeed or get off overtime. We are short staffed but are told not to work so much overtime. There is a talk of getting rid of pay on performance but that has been going on for over 6 months. No one in HR or management has a clue what to do.

Pros

Endries offers great PTO, 401K matches, and health, dental and vision benefits. They truly promote a healthy work-life balance culture and the flexibility within office positions really is hard to match. The culture here is fantastic, and they do and work towards the things they claim to be about. The new CEO has definitely started moving things in the right direction. Our HR team launching it's own Endries Leadership University was a great way to promote growth of our own people.

Cons

Pay is awful. We have these arbitrary buzz words to accomplish that have no real measurement. Promotions are given to those who never do the things that others are told they were held back from the promotion for and honestly our structure makes no sense. People have left the company, returned and been brought back higher than some of us who've been loyal see. When this structure is challenged, they say they've market tested your role around your area, but in my experience, job searching this simply can't be true. The leadership team in purchasing is very small town, favoritism based decision making. If you challenge this, you will have a target on your back and future promotions will never be granted. The only reason I am looking elsewhere is pay, and management that refuses to budge.
