A thoroughly dysfunctional workplace. Staff are overworked while being paid far below what the role demands. Management is chaotic and directionless, with no clear structure or accountability, leading to constant confusion and inefficiency. Morale is predictably poor, and there is little to no regard for employee wellbeing. Overall, a disorganised, poorly run company that takes far more from its staff than it gives back.
