Cons
Upper management, salary raises and grading system. To get a meaningful salary raise (other than usual cca 2-5%) , you either need to apply elsewhere and ask them to match, or spend a few years at the company to 'fight' your way into a higher grade (where you 'll be doing the same thing, just with a higher grade). Negotiate what you are comfortable with straight away before joining, if you are in it for the long run.
