Pros
- The people that I get to work with are awesome.

- Our work environment doesn't feel like with we are competing against each other like in most places, instead everyone is always helping each other.

- Management really care about us and check on us on the weekly basis.

- There is a lot of training available and support for you to further develop yourself.
- The company offer great benefits regardless of what field you are working on.
- the pay is really good in my personal opinion I know that's subjective, but for 1 year in the field, I feel really well compensated.
- We get pay weekly which in my book is a plus, I know is all the same at the end of the day, but is nice knowing you getting paid every Friday.
