      Have the opportunity to leave each shift with $300 in cash tips, plus pooled tips that are thrown on to your paycheck along with your hourly pay. Fun work environment but also lots of work and you’re always moving fast and doing something

      Cons

      Must be rehired at the beginning of every season so job security is always a factor due to competition

      Pros

      Fun work environment... You work at the number one club in the world. Opportunity to make a lot of money in a short period of time. Great management that doesn't micromanage you like some clubs do.

      Cons

      Guest list requirements. Basically you have to be a really good networker and have the ability to bring 10+ girls in a week over 2 nights and 1 day or you pay a promoter $20 a girl, which adds up to thousands of dollars over the year. The shifts you get depend on how well you do on your guest list.
