The people you work for are nice. You are all stuck in there together.

Cons

Understaffed, Underpaid in comparison to other healthcare facilities. You actually make more at McDonalds. Can't guranteee hours if you are full time. Watch your back.

Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.
