      12 hour shifts, great therapy department, decent tuition assistance and loan repayment plans, sometimes offers good bonuses for overtime shifts

      Poor management, favoritism, physically demanding with ridiculously heavy work loads, little to know care for employee safety or concerns

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
