Pros
EFP has been one of the best experiences I could ask for in a career. The small team vibe makes it a family atmosphere while also maintaining its professional environment. Everyone is very motivating here and the training has been very thorough. I look forward to continuing my growth here at the company as a Financial Advisor.
Cons
So far there have not been any cons. Its definitely a lot of work and in my opinion it takes someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to make this career work for them.
