They have free lunch. Isnt always good. but its free. Free coffee, tea.
Cons
Morale sucks. All the morale booster activities are directed to day shift employees. While overnights, and swing shift go by the wayside. Management just started some 12hr bS that they make you work a 6-6 schedule. No exceptions. So pretty much they are forcing you to quit! "If it aint broke dont try to fix it" We are the least paid in our field in atlanta,ga. They pile on more work but its not commensurate with your pay.
