      Encompass is growing fast and has a lot more capabilities than most companies in our industry

      It's getting very large and since it's a company comprised of several different companies, there are many different cultures.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
