      Pros

      The people are what makes Encompass great. I love working with the team here. They provide opportunities for advancement. And there are many people with great experience to learn from.

      Cons

      I can't think of any, unless you live on the other side of town. Then, the long commute would be bad.

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
