- Pay is minimal, no medical benefits or any other - Production pipeline is outdated and rigorous - Not allowed to Work from Home despite major COVID outbreak in said area. Company values production efficiency over employee's health and safety - Constant OT and unpaid overtime leads to low morale, studio uses clock in clock out system and have penalties for late arrivals - Often bites off more than it can digest when it comes to projects and deals with clients. Poor bargaining power leads to impossible deadlines and rough starts to finish - Departments have minimal communication amongst each other, aren't willing to compromise for the greater picture. Clashes are typical with no intervention - Unwilling to hire experienced artists due to budget concerns, supervisors and management often aren't prepared or qualified to take on their roles - Negative politics at times and it can be cliquey. CEO doesn't have strong leadership led by sustainable core values. Sees employees as tools for reaping biggest benefit possible - Company's shortsightedness leads to unstable working environment and lack of career growth, people come and go within a year
